What is the maximum size of items you will accept for me?
We receive everything from postcards to pallets for our customers, and we offer a suitable solution for the mail forwarding, delivery or pickup of each item.

Oversize Parcels in Luxembourg (XXL):
All parcels bigger than XL = 44 x 74 x 61 (dimensions in cm) which are too large for an XL BPM Parcel Station door will be received and stored in Munsbach, Luxembourg. The customer can choose to pcik up or forward the items to the preferred address. Handling or freight charges may apply.
At what times can I pick up my letters and parcels in Luxembourg?
Any time in Luxembourg: BPM Mailbox customers have access to the mailroom 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with free and easy parking. After registration you will receive a magnetic chip and a key giving you access to the BPM-Lux Mailroom and your BPM Mailbox. To pick up parcels at the Parcel Station in Munsbach, you will receive 2 membership cards and one PIN code.
BPM Parcel Station
In Luxembourg, BPM provides many locations where customers can pick up their parcels 24/7.

Select the one closest to your home or work with our Parcel Station Finder.

Items received the same morning before 11:00 GMT + 1 will be ready for pickup no later than 16:00 GMT + 1. Each customer using the BPM Parcel Station receives an SMS as soon as the parcel is ready for pickup free of charge.

After registration you will receive 2 membership cards. The combination of membership card and PIN (selected during registration) gives you access to the BPM Parcel Stations which are located conveniently in Luxembourg.

One BPM account includes the use of all BPM Parcel Stations provided in Luxembourg. You can change the preferred BPM Parcel Station on a weekly basis
before Sunday 23:00 GMT + 1 (Paris – Luxembourg – Berlin time).

All items arriving in Luxembourg from the first business day of the subsequent week will be transferred automatically to the new selected BPM Parcel Station.
Membership Cards for BPM Parcel Station
will be sent to you by post after receipt of your personal identification. Pease log in to your account to check the status of your registration.
The membership card can only be used at the BPM Parcel Station together with the PIN selected during registration.
I Forgot my PIN for the BPM Parcel Station
Please log in to your account with your email or BPM number and password.

  • Go to My Profile.
  • Go to Activated Services.
  • Please type in a new personal 4-digit PIN.
  • Please repeat your PIN.
  • Confirm by clicking on Submit My Changes.







Pickup window opening times in Luxembourg for oversized parcels
Packages which are too large to pass through the BPM Parcel Station XL doors can be picked up at the L-5365 Munsbach site

next door to the BPM-Lux mailbox room,

between 6 am and 10 pm from Monday to Friday

and between 7 am and 7 pm on Saturdays.
