BPM Shop is a consumer cashback portal that is globally linked to domestic and international online shops. Each time one of our members makes a purchase at an online shop that is linked to BPM Shop, they are given back the published percentages or lump sum amounts.

Liability
BPM-Lux provides a maximum liability sum of 500€ per parcel received in a continental Europe maildrop.
The maximum Liability for Transfers between France, Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg is €500 per Parcel covering loss or damage.
Insurance
You can buy additional insurance during the shipping instructions process.
The maximum liability for shipments from Luxembourg, the UK and the USA to worldwide destinations is 100€. We recommend that you take additional insurance for all shipments which exceed that value.
VAT Treatment
Companies registered in EU countries may request the reverse charge procedure if they are VAT-registered in the country of registration and have declared this number in the BPM account. BPM will request a registration certificate. After verification, invoices will be issued without Luxembourg VAT.

Private individuals in Europe and worldwide will be charged the Luxembourg VAT rate for services in Europe.

Individuals and companies worldwide will be charged without VAT for overseas transport operations (transport operations between EU and non-EU countries).

Mail forwarding
Mail and parcels received at maildrops in the UK, USA, Germany, Belgium, France and Luxembourg will be stored for 30 days free of charge before forwarding.
 
Parcel lockers in Munsbach, Luxembourg are provided free for 7 days' storage.
 
BPM Parcel Station: located in Luxembourg (Parcel Station Finder) provides 7 days' free storage; after that, items are restocked.
Restock: the item will sent back to the sorting center in Munsbach, Luxembourg to await the customer's instructions.
 
Oversized items (Items bigger than XL = > 0,200 m3)
Due in multiple cases:
  1. After 30 days' storage in UK and USA.
  2. After 7 days' storage in Luxembourg if you are a Mailbox or Parcel Station customer.
  3. After 30 days' storage in Luxembourg if you are not a Mailbox or Parcel Station customer.
 
BPM Mailbox and BPM Parcel Station Customers in Luxembourg are urged to activate the Hold feature when planning to be absent for longer than 7 days. This will save storage and handling charges.
Return Shipment
You need to return a shipment? We can organize this for you.
 
Returns to Shops in Germany, France, Belgium and Luxembourg

•    Place the barcode shown on the Return slip or RMA provided by the the Merchant / online shop, on the parcel.
•    The carrier / postal service required by the merchant must be clearly shown.
•    Return the Parcel via de prefered BPM Parcel Station or the Pick up Window in Munsbach
•    BPM will return the Parcel as indicated on the barcode via the required carrier.
•    The cost for you is limited to the BPM handling fee related tot he size oft he Parcel S, M, L, XL ,or XXL.

Return shipments without RMA or return slip, will simply be subject to the normal freight charges published by BPM.

Returns for Items which are still stored a to one BPM Mail Drop

Please contact your merchant and request a reference or RMA number from your supplier, or simply instruct us to ship the item to the desired address via your Virtual Mailbox. If your supplier provides an RMA, he will be paying the return shipping charges for you. RMAs will be accepted depending on the final destination and subject to carrier availability at the BPM Forwarding Point.
 
A service charge applies in the case of RMA, for items stored att one BPM Mail Drop.
Transfer charges may apply.
Return shipments without RMA will simply be subject to the normal freight charges published by BPM.

Returns of items stored in UK or USA with RMA or return Slip will be charged a service charge of 4
BPM Credits per Parcel, as arrived. No consolidation posibel in this case.
Please note.:
We do not conduct communications with sellers with regard to product exchanges. When requested by a customer, we will arrange for the return delivery of item(s) ordered from the seller if the goods are still at the BPM address, or if the customer instructs BPM to do this. Applicable return charges will apply.

Cross-border Shopping
Cross-border shopping: BPM customers using the BPM Maildrop network can shop at online shops which normally do not deliver to their country of residence.
Handling
Handling: The fee charged when receiving items for BPM customers. The value of handlings is expressed in credits.
BPM Credits
The cost of handlings expressed in credits. One BPM Credit equals to one Euro. See prepayment of BPM Credit to learn how to save in handling charges.
Prepayment of BPM credits
Prepayment of BPM credits: By paying credits in advance, BPM customers can get huge rebates and influence how high the cost of the credits (handling charge) will be. The more you buy, the cheaper they get. Save handling and transfer fees by buying credits in advance.

This applies for all BPM services, excluding subscriptions and freight charges.

The balance of advance payments can be refunded less a service charge of 5%.
Recharge
BPM customers in Luxembourg can buy recharge codes from our retail partners. Recharge codes can be used to make deposits into the BPM account. Convert this cash into credits or use it to pay subscriptions or as-you-go charges.
Hold
Hold: BPM Parcel Station and BPM Mailbox customers in Luxembourg may set the parcels and documents received in Storage instead of placing them in their BPM Parcel Station or Mailbox, and/or the activation of parcel lockers, during short or lengthy absences.

In this way, parcels will remain in the sorting centre in a reserved and secured area awaiting customers' instructions. Request items at least one working day before the desired pickup date and BPM will restock in a BPM Parcel Station or Mailbox, organize a delivery on demand, or release for pickup on demand in Munsbach. With Hold customers can save Restock and Parcellocker charges if items can not be picked up within 7 days.
Address Book
Address book: BPM provides an address book where you can save and edit shipping addresses.
Auto Scan
With BPM Auto Scan you can read the content of your incoming postal mail and documents online (via our secured SSL server) in real time, thereby saving time and forwarding costs. Scanned documents can be downloaded in PDF format or printed from your Virtual Mailbox.
Please note: newspapers, magazines, books, parcels, CD ROMs and DVDs, etc. will not be scanned. Instead they will be forwarded as per your instructions.

  • After scanning you will see a preview of the document's first page in the inbox of the Virtual Mailbox.
  • By clicking on the PDF link you can open, download or print the full scan, including a scan of the envelope, as well as all the pages that arrived.
  • Autoscan In Continental Europe (Luxembourg, Germany, France, Belgium) will be carried out on the day of receipt (reception in Luxembourg before 11:00 GMT + 1).
  • Autoscans In the UK will be carried out on the business day after receipt.
Please note: newspapers, magazines, books, parcels, CD ROMs and DVDs, etc. wil not be scanned.
These items will remain in your Virtual Mailbox or placed in storage, your BPM Mailbox or your BPM Parcel Station.
If you need the item to be forwarded, please give a forwarding instruction.
Auto Scan in the US is not available for the moment.
Scan on demand
The scan on demand function is available for documents received at the following maildrops: Luxembourg, France, Germany, Belgium and the UK.

In Europe, scans on demand requested before 12:00 GMT + 1 will be carried out on the same day.
  • Scan on demand for all the letters and documents marked.
  •  Scan on demand will be charged as per published rates in the as-you-go fees list under Pricing and Register.
  •  Magazines and books will not be scanned.
  •  After scanning you will see a preview of the document's first page in the inbox of the Virtual Mailbox.
  •  By clicking on the PDF link you can open, download or print the full scan, including a scan of the envelope and all the pages that arrived.

Discard
Customers may choose to discard letters, documents and magazines. The item selected will be physically removed from your BPM Mailbox.
Storage of Documents after Scanning
Auto Scan customers may select the document storage service for letters and documents.

Documents will be archived in a secured area after scanning.


Fuel Surcharge
This surcharge may vary by carrier and season depending on the fuel cost fluctuation. Carriers do not include this cost in the freight charge. The rates shown in our Shipping Calculator include the fuel surcharge. The rates may vary accordingly.
BPM Number
The BPM number is the main sorting criterion. Letters, documents and parcels without a BPM number may be delayed or returned to sender if not claimed within 30 days.
SMS (Short Message Service) = Text Message
The BPM Parcel Station service includes SMS notification free of charge.
 
Mailbox and mail forwarding customers may activate this service at an additional cost per SMS.
 
All customers will receive an email and can check incoming mail and parcels online in their Virtual Mailbox free of charge.
Damaged Parcels
Please note that BPM receives mail and parcels in bulk at all its sites. It is not possible to check every item for external damage.
All goods are received in apparently good condition. BPM cannot issue guarantees for the contents of goods. Please note that we cannot refuse goods on your behalf, as we cannot decide for you whether you want to retain the item and how you are going to settle the claim with your supplier/merchant.
Missing or Lost Items
If you are missing an item delivered to BPM, please check the status of the shipment with the tracking number received from your sender on the carrier's website. If it was delivered and signed by BPM staff after more than 48 business hours, please contact customer service by email at logistics[at]bpm-lux.com with the tracking number, carrier, box, content, value and description, as well as the name, city and zip code of the sender. Even if your tracking information shows receipt by BPM staff, your item may be delayed because of a missing BPM number in the consignee's field.
Membership Cards
Membership cards for the BPM Parcel Station will be sent to you by post after receipt of your personal identification. Pease log into your account to check the status of your registration. The membership card can only be activated together with the secret PIN selected during registration.

Sorry, but no shipments, parcels or envelopes will be accepted if sums are to be collected by the delivery carrier.
Please arrange credit card or PayPal payments in advance with your supplier.

Restricted or Prohibited Items
What type of goods can I have forwarded to me?
Anything that is not banned by the country of origin, the country of destination, US, European and local customs and post office authorities. If it is banned, BPM cannot ship it, or the authorities may confiscate the item.
 
Certain countries have prohibited different items. It is the customers' responsibility to comply with current government regulations or laws applicable in each country. Customers are also advised to refer to each country's prohibited articles list.

Freight rates originating in the UK and the USA are based on GBP and USD respectively and may change on a daily basis depending on the day's exchange rate.

BPM will show these rates in euros in the Shipping Calculator and bill in euros.
PIN or Personal PIN
The personal 4-digit PIN is the code you saved during registration. It will allow you to access to your preferred BPM Parcel Station.
You can change your PIN anytime in your Virtual Mailbox under your profile.
