BPM provides Virtual Mailboxes for reception and mail forwarding in Luxembourg, the USA, the UK, Germany, France and Belgium.
Physical mailboxes with pickup access 24/7 are provided only in Luxembourg. (Access Map).
Customers residing in Luxembourg, Sar Lor Lux region or customers around the world who regularly visit Luxembourg are welcome to select this option.

BPM-Lux receives everything from postcards to pallets for its customers.
Parcels bigger than the mailbox will be allocated in parcel lockers, located also in the mailroom, or at the BPM Parcel Station located in front of the mailroom.
Customers may pick up their parcels 24/7.-
XXL or oversized parcels can be picked up at the pickup window in Munsbach, Luxembourg. Opening hours: Mo - Fr from 6am to 7pm and Sat from 7am to 7pm
