Letters, Documents and Magazines for BPM Parcel Solution Customers
Letters, documents and magazines arriving in Luxembourg, Germany, France, Belgium, Italy, Australia, and Spain, for BPM Parcel Solution customers will be announced in the inbox but delivered to the customer on his preferred day once a week per postal service at his cost.
Customer may instruct to discard the unwanted docments and publicity free of charge via the Virtual Mailbox till 24 hours  before shipping.

Documents can be forwarded on a weekly, monthly or on demand basis.

The customer will be notified daily of the arrival of these items.

The customer can check his Virtual Mailbox for sender details.

The storage is free for 30 days.

If the customer needs to receive important letters, documents, he can request:

1)  a scan on demand of the letter or document received.

2)  a forwarding on demand.

BPM Parcel Solutions

Parcelshop are conveniently located throughout Europe.

Pick up parcels from all carriers at your preferred Parcelshop.

Please check which location is more convenient for you, to pick up your parcels on your way home, or work, and save it in your BPM Profile.

BPM customers
  • Via email: once a day if an item arrived for you.
  • Via Virtual Mailbox: Customers can access their Virtual Mailbox with their login and password.



BPM Reception Address

When providing your BPM address to your friends, suppliers and shops, please note that all letters, documents and parcels have to be addressed as follows.:

Please note that the addresses of our BPM PICKUP Solutions are only pickup addresses. No letters or parcels should be sent to these addresses.

All other receipt addresses in Germany, France, Belgium, Australia, Italy, Spain, the UK, Canada and the USA will be communicated after registration.
All our reception addresses are street addresses.

All reception addresses in Germany, France, Belgium, and Luxembourg  will be communicated after registration.

All letters, magazines and parcels arriving in Germany, France and Belgium will be transferred automatically overnight to the BPM warehouse arriving the next business day.

After sorting the items will be automatically transferred to your preferred BPM PICKUP Solution.

Please take note that the addresses of our BPM PICKUP Solutions are only pickup addresses. No letters or parcels should be sent to these addresses.
Reception Address in Italy, Spain, Australia, UK, Canada and USA
All reception addresses will be communicated after registration.

All our reception addresses are street addresses.

All letters, magazines and parcels arriving in Italy, Spain, Australia, UK, Canada and the USA will remain at our warehouse in these countries.

You will receive the usual reception notification via email and Virtual Mailbox.

As soon as all parcels arrived which you want to ship together to worldwide destinations, you give us your instructions through the Virtual Mailbox.

Parcels will then be shipped to anywhere in the world, as per your instructions.

If shipped to a BPM warehouse in Germany, France, Belgium or Luxembourg, the items will be stored, will be automatically transferred to your preferred BPM PICKUP Solution, or forwarded to your preferred address, as per your profile preferences.

Please note that the addresses of our BPM PICKUP Solutions are only pickup addresses. No letters or parcels should be sent to these addresses.

Parcel Sizes for Pickup at Parcelshops
Parcels with the following dimensions can be allocated at one of the 22.000 parcelshops in Europe

BPM Parcel Solution customers in Europe, receive a notification each time a parcel is available for pickup at the parcelshop location selected.

  • Maximum weight: 20 kg
  • Maximum dimensions: 100 (L) x 50 (W) x 50 (H) in cm
  • Maximum size: 300 cm (1x length + 2x width + 2x height)

Larger parcels, or parcels weighing more than 20 kg, so-called XXL or oversized parcels
, will be accepted and will remain at BPM for pickup or worldwide forwarding.

XXL or Oversized Parcels


Parcels bigger than
300 cm Girth  and 31kg which do not fit into the BPM Parcel Solution or Parcelshop partner, will be accepted and will remain at BPM for pickup or forwarding instructions by the customer.

For customers in Luxembourg:
XXL parcels will be stored free of charge for 7 days. After that storage fees apply.

Luxembourg customers may opt to pickup themselfs in Roodt-sur-Syre.

Mo - Fr from 8:00 am to 18:00 pm

No special notification is needed if you pick up within 7 days of arrival.

if you pick up after the 7 days' free storage, we need you to announce the pickup via the Announce for Pickup button in your Virtual Mailbox for that item.
Change my preferred BPM Parcel Solution
If you want to change the preferred location for the future pickup of parcels, please proceed as follows:

  • Changes will be made only from the next Monday onwards or, in the case of new arrivals, on the first business day of the subsequent week.
  • Make changes before Sunday 23:00 GMT + 1.-
  • Login to your Virtual Mailbox.
  • Go to My Profile.
  • Go to Activated Services.
  • Go to I want a BPM Parcel Solution
  • Go to BPM Parcelshop and select your preferred location
  • Confirm your changes by clicking on Submit my Changes (green bar on the right).







Return Shipment

You need to return a shipment? We can organize this for you.
 
Returns to Shops in Europe:

The online shop offers a return label, but not in your country.
Send your parcel via one of our Parcelshop partners back to BPM.

Send us your digital or scanned Return Label via email to info  at  bpm-lux.com  informing if you prefer to deliver to a Pick Up shop, or if your prefer a pick up.
We will send you a lbel, soyou can dispatch your Parcel to BPM.

We will return the parcel at the country of the first reception to the carrier, or simply ship via BPM and request a refund to your shop.

•    BPM will return the Parcel as indicated on the barcode via the required carrier.
•    The cost for you is limited to the BPM handling and transport fee for returns in your country.

Return shipments without RMA or return slip, will simply be subject to the normal freight charges published by BPM, + handling and transfer.


Returns to Shops in UK, Canada and USA


•    Pleaese check the return policy oft he Merchant / Online Shop.
•    Return shipments without RMA will simply be subject to the normal freight charges published by BPM

Returns for Items which are still stored at one BPM Warehouses


Please contact your merchant and request a reference or RMA number from your supplier, or simply instruct us to ship the item to the desired address via your Virtual Mailbox. If your supplier provides an RMA, he will be paying the return shipping charges for you. RMAs will be accepted depending on the final destination and subject to carrier availability at the BPM Forwarding Point.
 
A service charge applies in the case of RMA, for items stored att one BPM Warehouse.
Handling and Transfer charges may apply.
Return shipments without RMA will simply be subject to the normal freight charges published by BPM + Handling and Transfer..

Returns of items stored in UK, Canada or USA with RMA or return Slip will be charged a service charge of 4
BPM Credits per Parcel, as arrived. No consolidation posibel in this case.
Please note.:
We do not conduct communications with sellers with regard to product exchanges. When requested by a customer, we will arrange for the return delivery of item(s) ordered from the seller if the goods are still at the BPM address, or if the customer instructs BPM to do this. Applicable return charges will apply.

Delivery Solutions
BPM receives for you in 10 countries, and offers mail forwarding connecting different delivery solutions.

Parcelshop ( parcel shop ) or Parcel store delivery solution:
BPM will forward the received items to one of your preferred Parcelshops, BPM is partnering with.

Home Delivery:

After reception BPM can forward to your home or preferred address worldwide. Most of the carriers BPM is partnering with, will offer alternative pick up solutions if you are not at home to take reception of the shipment.

Postal Delivery

BPM offers from Germany, France, Belgium, Luxembourg. Italy, Australia, and Spain, to forward  documents up to 2 Kg via Postal service to your Letterbox. (Without signature and tracking).
Of course we offer also Express delivery with Signature and Tracking from all BPM reception addresses.
